What this release collects
Browsing does not require a consumer account. Laboratory interest forms collect a business name, contact name, email, optional phone and website, city, consent timestamp, and review status. These details are stored for partner review and follow-up.
What not to send
Do not provide laboratory results, diagnoses, medical records, patient identifiers, or other sensitive clinical information. Our forms do not request this information. Search broadly for test names; do not enter personal medical histories.
Technical information and cookies
Essential cookies support security, sessions, and form protection. Server logs may contain IP addresses, request URLs, browser details, and timestamps. Search terms and locations appear in URLs and may be retained in browser history or server logs. This release does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
Use, access, and retention
Business submissions are used to review potential laboratory participation and communicate about the request. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Infrastructure providers process technical data needed to host and protect the service. Retention and deletion operations must be finalized before real partner onboarding scales; information is not promised to expire automatically.
Your choices
You may decline optional business fields. For a question about an existing submission, use the contact route once a monitored channel is published. A dedicated privacy contact and formal retention schedule remain launch dependencies. Avoid submitting information you do not want stored.
